Activity Areas

Activity areas play a central role in XECUTE schedules. The activity area is a spatial entity that defines where a certain mining activity will take place. The major properties of the activity area define its type and mining level. Activity areas can be hand drawn or imported from schedule guidance data, grade control shapes or feature layers.

Once a resource (equipment) is assigned to an activity area it can be scheduled in the Gantt chart.
